Inspired by: Tim Burton- Lesley Thompson

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year. Who doesn't love pumpkin flavored things, dressing up, carving pumpkins and scary movies! I carved my pumpkin last night (Hello Kitty!) and every year I HAVE to watch Nightmare Before Christmas during or after the carving process. That movie is so groundbreaking and it got me thinking about how innovatiove and inspiring Tim Burton is. He has changed the landscape of the film/fashion/makeup industry with his visionary approach to film. Here is an incredible fashion spread that was in Harper's Bazaar last year that was art directed by Tim Burton himself. Even though it's from last year, it still exemplifies how inspiring his aesthetic has been and continues to be. Happy Halloween!
