I Can Do That! Cucumber Shot Glasses by Brianna

With holidays in full swing many of us find ourselves hosting (or at least attending!) parties. I recently came across a fantastic idea for some DIY shot glasses. Cucumbers! It's super easy to do and looks quite impressive when it's finished. I recently made these for a party I hosted at my house and there were ooohs and aaahs aplenty. (I did not have an apple corer, so I just used a really small knife and it worked fine. Be sure to leave at least 2 inches of core in tact, so that it doesn't soak through once it's filled. I also placed mine in the freezer for a couple of hours once I made them to get them nice and cold. Yummy!)
